About Jennie

In a word 

Jennie graduated from Mississippi State College for Women with a BFA.  She worked in Interior Design until children arrived. At that time, she began teaching drawing Jacksonville University and continue her study in watercolor.  It was then she unexpectedly overjoyed with painting and began her first teaching studio experience primarily with children.  Later she expanded and in cooperated adults.  Her cliental increased and she opened her pride and joy-an art school with a staff of 7 instructors and over 100 students.  The economy would see an end to that in 19?? so she downsized into a smaller space teaching only adults. Still today she teaches and paints watercolor in Jacksonville, Fl. Selling her work throughout the southeast. However, it is fun to mention that one of her watercolors lives in Denmark.

Her passion of the arts, teaching and painting cannot be overstated as is evidenced by her by her longstanding in the field and the loyalty of her students.
