Procedures and Policy

                                        Enrollment means there will be a chair reserved for you.

                                                   It is not based on your attendance.

                                         Tuition is a flat rate based on 4 weeks per month.

Some months have 3 weeks, others have 5.   You will not be credited for three months with 3 weeks, nor will you be charged for the 5th week.

Tuition is due before the end of each month for the following month. There is a $15 late fee.

Missing a class: If I cancel a class, you will be credited in the next month's invoice. I you miss a class; you will not be credited: However, if you know ahead of time that you will miss a couple of class you may choose the $35 per induvial class rate for that month.

Communication:  Always feel free to call or email me. Email is the most effective.  If I do not return your call with 24 hours, please call again.

Class Structure: Th format for class will include time for a demonstration, painting and clean up.   Please come to class 15 min. before class starts to set up.  Clean- up will begin 15 mins. before class ends.

Artwork use: During your enrollment your artwork may be used to show off your wonderful talent or for promotion. When you enroll, you are verifying that you have read and understand these Policies and Procedures.
